Arogyamithras :

  • Arogyamitra or Health Co-ordinator acts as facilitators for beneficiaries.
  • They will be the face of interaction for the beneficiaries.

Following are list of various activities of Arogyamitra

Field level Arogyamithras :

  • Counsel OPD patients at their work location.
  • Visit at least 8 villages per month conducting various IEC activities.
  • Participate in Taluka Level and and District Level Health Camps.
  • Follow up of patients for treatment.
  • Spot Verification of patients when required.

NWH Arogyamithras :

  • They have to counsel the beneficiary regarding the scheme and refer him/her for consultation and admission.
  • Arogyamitra has to take care of the Cashless process and co-ordinate with FHPL office for approval .
  • Arrange for transporation amount for the patient.
